Digital conversion: When connected to the Livescribe+ desktop application for Mac or Windows, the pen transfers your handwritten notes and audio to your computer. The app allows you to organize, search, and share your notes. Transcribe handwritten notes: You can use the Livescribe+ application to convert your handwritten notes into digital text. Pencasts: The Echo 2 lets you create "pencasts," which are interactive videos that show your handwritten notes as the corresponding audio plays back. These can be shared as PDF files or viewed online. Storage: The pen's internal memory can store thousands of pages of notes and hundreds of hours of audio.
