Used LEICA D VARIO-ELMARIT 14-50mm (Condition: As-Is)

Thank you for viewing!

This is a used "LEICA D VARIO-ELMARIT 14-50mm F2.8-3.5 ASPH" lens.

* This is a Four Thirds mount lens.
An adapter is required for use with Micro Four Thirds cameras. Please be aware of this.

This standard zoom lens for the Four Thirds mount was released in 2005 as a single lens, which was previously only sold as a set with the LUMIX DMC-L1. It has image stabilization and a focal length equivalent to 28-100mm on a 35mm full-frame camera, making it a user-friendly lens.

I acquired this lens as part of a set when I purchased a used camera (DMC L1), but I am selling it now because I do not use zoom lenses in my shooting environment. (Non-smoking environment, no pets, stored in a dry cabinet)

I have tested the lens by attaching it to a camera and confirming its operation.
Please read the following carefully before considering a purchase.

・There were no errors when connected to the camera.
・The exterior shows some minor scratches, but there are no noticeable scratches or dents, and it is generally in good condition. There is no stickiness on the rubber parts.
・Aperture and focus operations were confirmed.
・There may be some small dust particles inside the lens, but they do not appear to affect the shooting results.
・There is a minor issue with the zoom mechanism.
→ When zooming downwards, it sometimes catches. Similar symptoms have been observed in zoom lenses with similar mechanisms in the past, so it is presumed that the lens's own weight is putting some strain on the zoom mechanism. Zooming while pointing the lens forward was smooth. Please have it serviced if necessary. For this reason, it is being sold as a "defective" item.
・I was able to take pictures at all focal lengths without any problems.
・Please judge the other conditions from the photos or ask questions.

The accessories are all shown in the photos.
(Lens body, hood, front and rear lens caps, Kenko lens protector)

If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask in the comments section.

Thank you very much.
