[Synopsis]
In 2018, the ultra-shocking film "The Blood of Wolves" depicted men living in a scorching world with intense violence and excellent storytelling, breaking through the constraints of a compliance-focused society. Its long-awaited sequel has destroyed all limiters and reached an unprecedented next level.

Set in the fictional city of Kurehara, Hiroshima, this film is a completely original story set three years after the previous film. It presents a new "Blood of Wolves" saga unique to the film, distinct from Yuko Yuzuki's original novel series "The Blood of Wolves."

Tori Matsuzaka, the ace of the Japanese film industry, plays Shuichi Hioka, a Marubo (organized crime) detective who was a rookie elite detective in the previous film and has transformed into a dirty and hungry "lone wolf" in this film, exuding dangerous charm. Ryohei Suzuki plays Seikou Uebayashi, the head of the Uebayashi gang, who stands before Hioka, demonstrating an overwhelming presence with refined madness and breathtaking violence.

Nijiro Murakami plays Kota Chika, who works under Uebayashi as Hioka's S, and Nanase Nishino gives a passionate performance as Mao, Kota's older sister and the mama of "Stand Hana." In addition, a luxurious cast of actors from the previous film and new participants are mixed together, and a fierce battle royale ensues.

[Story]
Hioka, a detective who governs the underworld of Hiroshima, succeeds the Marubo detective Oue, who was killed in a gang war three years ago.

However, the precarious order begins to collapse with the appearance of "a certain man" who is released from prison... Due to the gang war, the darkness of the police organization, leaks by the media, the approaching hand of the enemy within, and the presence of the overwhelming "devil" = Uebayashi, Hioka is driven into a desperate situation.

What shocking truth does Hioka know in such an extreme state!? Who can he trust!?
